It seems as if the Democrats are the party of the non working poor. They favor, or at least I have the impression that they favor: illegal immigration (for potential votes?), “free trade”(for corporate donations?), affirmative action (minority votes?), multi-lingual everything and gun control.
When I really think about it, it seems that the Republicans also favor those who don’t work. Instead of the non working poor, they seem to favor the non working rich. They’re always talking about a tax structure that encourages investment. What’s wrong with encouraging work? They talk about the sanctity of the law but favor giving illegal aliens drivers licenses (cheap labor to do jobs Americans won’t do………..for substandard wages?). “Free trade” is one of their foundational rocks (so corporate fat cats can manufacture stuff overseas with slave like labor and sell it here with no tariffs?). Republicans control every branch of the government, but you’ve never heard them advance a constitutional amendment to make English the official language of this great country ( I’m at a point that I don’t care what language is the official language. Just pick one. I’ll learn it.). Have you ever heard a call from the Republican party to outlaw affirmative action? Shouldn’t we be striving to achieve Martin Luther King Jr.’s ideal of judging a man by the content of his character rather that the color of his skin?
I’m hoping that a new political party is created. An American Party. A party that says:
If you build a factory overseas, you’ll have to pay a tariff on anything you import into the USA. If your factory is attacked by some rebel force, the USA will NOT send troops to support the interests for “American” corporations that have their factories overseas. If you believe in foreign labor, use foreign armies to defend you!!
Golden parachutes for executives of failing or failed companies will be viewed as Racketeering. Can you imagine a Union head giving him or her self a multi million dollar payment…..for anything? The Justice Department would be all over them (and rightfully so). Corporations will be run for the shareholders NOT the top management. Default on the pension benefits that you agreed to? I don’t think so. You didn’t share your profits with the American Taxpayer, why should they pay your expenses? Never again will the government of this country bail out a hedge fund owned by multi millionaires while line workers are hung out to dry (google “Long Term Capital Growth”).
We will make English the official language of the USA.
We will defend our borders. There will be no drivers licenses, no amnesty, no wedding licenses (or any other type of licenses) for illegals. No citizenship for the children of illegals born here (it’s cheating).
Affirmative action is discrimination and therefore wrong. We will be a meritocracy. If you want to do well, study hard and work hard.
We believe that the 2nd Amendment means that the USA will not have gun control. The people have a right to bear arms….period.

I am tired of the double standard! If you are a democrat it is ok to do whatever but if you are a republican they call for stepping down or resignation.
